Martinetti Hall is a mixed-use building. It hosts our campus administrative offices on the first floor, while the second floor is shared between the Business Department and residence hall spaces.
The entire third floor is residential. All of the rooms are configured as double rooms, but some are made available as single rooms each year.
Martinetti Hall room assignments are gender neutral. The third-floor bathrooms are designated single-sex, while the second-floor bathroom is designated gender neutral. This means that any students who choose each other as roommates may room together. This building features a student kitchen and some of the best views on campus. For these reasons, most of the residents are typically upper-class students, but some incoming students are assigned to Martinetti depending on availability.
