The campus apartments are full-sized one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments located on campus. Students love the additional freedom, cost effectiveness, and convenience of these units. As a result, they are in high demand from returning students, who must meet eligibility requirements and have sufficient credits completed to be offered an apartment.
New students are eligible if they would otherwise be automatically exempt from the housing requirement, and families are welcome. Incoming students interested in a campus apartment are strongly encouraged to complete a Housing Application as early as possible. The apartments are unfurnished but do come with a fully equipped kitchen and include heat, hot water, electricity, snow removal, and trash/recycling removal in the rent cost.
