Now that you’ve been accepted, it’s time for you to let us know that you plan to enroll. Accept your offer of admission and pay your enrollment deposit to secure your place in the incoming class.
How to Accept Your Offer of Enrollment and Pay Your Deposit
As a member of the Vermont State Colleges System, NVU has set up a secure payment system for you to accept your offer of admission and make your enrollment deposit.
This enrollment deposit (refundable up until May 1) also covers your campus housing deposit, if you are a campus-based undergraduate who will live on campus. Otherwise, the entire deposit is credited to your student account.
To accept your offer of admission and make your deposit, please follow the instructions that apply to your program.
Campus-Based Undergraduate Students (Including Commuter Students)
- Go to: NorthernVermont.edu/Deposit
- Choose the campus location where you intend to enroll (either NVU-Johnson or NVU-Lyndon)
- Follow the on-screen instructions to pay your $200 deposit and guarantee your spot at Northern Vermont University.
Campus-based undergraduates also have the option to pay their deposit via their applicant status page. After accepting your offer of admission, you will receive a link taking you to a secure payment site, where you can pay your enrollment deposit.
NVU Online Students
- Go to NorthernVermont.edu/NVUOnlineDeposit
- Select the “NVU Online Enrollment Deposit” link.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to pay your $50 deposit and guarantee your place as an NVU Online student
International Students
To pay by credit card:
- Go to: NorthernVermont.edu/Deposit
- Choose the campus location where you intend to enroll (either NVU-Johnson or NVU-Lyndon)
- Follow the on-screen instructions to pay your $200 deposit and guarantee your spot at Northern Vermont University.
To pay by wire transfer:
- Go to Flywire.com. From the dropdown menu, select your institution, then enter your payment amount and country of origin.
- Select your payment method.
- Enter your details. Create your account, enter some basic information to initiate your payment.
- Make your payment via your preferred method of payment.
- Track and confirm. You can log in to your Flywire account to track your payment and receive confirmation that your payment has been delivered.
Early College Students

- Choose the campus location where you intend to enroll (either NVU-Johnson or NVU-Lyndon)
- Follow the on-screen instructions to pay your $100 deposit and guarantee your spot at Northern Vermont University.
