Andrea is a native Vermonter who grew up in a family-owned business. After getting her degree in marketing and communications from Bryant College now Bryant University, she found her true passion in the food service industry. Once starting a family she realized that the hours required for the industry no longer fit her lifestyle, and by chance, a teaching opportunity presented itself, bringing her back to her hometown. While expanding her family, she flirted with different graduate degree options and eventually landed on Leadership Studies. Andrea is currently the Work-Based Learning Coordinator at the North Country Career Center in Newport, Vermont, where she puts her leadership skills to work in her community.
